Find your inner COMPASS -A Heart-Centered Circle for Mothering, Self-Care and Resilience.
I am intentionally crafting the 2019 community circle. This year I have created COMPASS -A heart-centered approach to Mothering, Self-Care and Resilience. Each year I feel incredibly energized by and protective of the circles I create. My goal is to always provide a safe space for mothers to explore their inner world while being supported in community. This is an experiential and relational journey where you will be called to lead with your HEART.
This is a year-long commitment so sit with this idea and notice if this feels right for you and your own self-care and healing. I will create space for you until Jan 5th with the first circle starting January 12th. Each month holds a new opportunity to explore what it means to you to be a conscious mother, develop self-care practices and healing and build resilience in a supportive community. Together we will move through different themed inquiries, meditation, yoga, expressive art, yummy meals and even more to keep you connected and motivated until our next circle. We gather the 2nd Saturday of the month from 5-7pm. We circle for 2 hours monthly but we typically linger. The location of the circle is in Costa Mesa at my newly transformed office. This year we want to cultivate an inner COMPASS for ourselves and our sisterhood. Additionally, you will have access to the private FB community with LIVE group sessions and monthly LOVE notes.
I’m proud to offer over 24 hours of coaching and support, monthly LOVE notes , monthly LIVE virtual sessions and a private virtual community. A $50 non-refundable deposit holds your spot as I am limiting the amount of spaces available in order to allow for sacred and safe sharing. DO NOT HESITATE to contact me about questions. MAMAS IN HEALING CIRCLE
We will meet every week for 2 hours for 7 weeks. Each week offers you an opportunity to honor your unique healing journey while creating a supportive community with other mothers. Each circle will introduce different topics to explore that are relevant to mothering and healing from childhood sexual abuse. You are never expected to share the details of your story. You can expect inquiries into how the past is influencing your present. These inquiries will come in the form of journal prompts or art exercises and again, you can decide if you would like to share. Each week you can expect an hour of trauma-informed yoga after our discussions.
Your commitment to this circle will benefit you by providing the opportunity to:
* Gain a deeper understanding of how your nervous system responded to the sexual abuse and how you are responding to daily stress now
* Explore early attachments and gain an understanding of how this influences your mothering and connections to others
* Explore conscious heart-centered parenting and learn tips for attunement.
* Learn new ways of honoring your healing, create more self-care & body inclusive techniques to help navigate strong emotions and sensations or detachment
* Connect with the wisdom of your body through the practice of trauma-informed yoga
* Build a strong connection to your personal power and to a community of mothers healing from sexual abuse
