Whether you are preparing, healing, grieving, growing, or simply seeking connection, this evening will provide an expressive space to honor you. Discussion regarding MATRESCENCE, the developmental process of BECOMING a mother is weaved throughout our time together. I will be inviting you into 3 practices curated to help us ground, express, and connect.
We begin with BREATHWORK to befriend the nervous system and anchor ourselves in the body. From a grounded space, we move into DRUMMING and the rhythm of our story, name our current truths and honor our collective joys and grief. We close with a CREATIVE ART EXPRESSION, inviting a curious, heart-centered presence to integrate any shifts into our parenting journeys. You will leave with a beautiful talisman.
Mother Naming is an opportunity to honor the identities, hopes, transitions, losses, and fears that arise on this path. Whether you are stepping into parenthood for the first time or again, redefining what it means for you, or holding a story still in process, I would love for you to join. In this space, you are supported to move at your pace. Your pronouns, your lineage, and your unique family constellation are held with reverence.
