I feel incredibly energized by and protective of the circles we co-create. My goal is to always provide a safe space for mothers to explore their inner world while being supported in community. This is an experiential and relational journey where you will be called to lead with your heart.
This is an 6 week commitment so I invite you to sit with this idea and notice if this feels right for you and your own self-care. Each week holds a new opportunity to explore what it means to you to be a conscious mother, develop self-care practices and healing + build resilience in a supportive community.

I’m honored to offer Mamas in Healing coaching and support, in-person and LIVE virtual sessions + a private virtual community. A $50 non-refundable deposit holds your spot. I am limiting the amount of spaces available in order to allow for sacred and safe sharing. The total investment is $325.
